Java is bundled with every build, so there is nothing else to install. On Linux, unpack the archive and run ./legism.sh. The macOS builds are not signed by Apple, so the first launch needs Control-click → Open rather than a double click. Once installed, Legism updates itself. Every release is also on the GitHub releases page.
